Clinical Services

Our clinical services will open in early 2024 and will be a Specialist staffed zoo and exotic animal referral clinic, offering a service for veterinary surgeons to seek expert assessment and care of complex cases, and to provide advice to veterinary surgeons working in practice seeing exotic patients.

Unfortunately we do not provide first opinion veterinary services directly to clients and all cases are seen by veterinary referral only. In accordance with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Code of Professional conduct, unfortunately we are not able to offer advice for patients not under the care of our clinic.

Order a test

Our laboratory is already up and running and can accommodate faecal parasitology testing for all exotic animals, comprising zinc sulphate flotation and a direct saline smear examination. Tests are run and results emailed on the same day that the sample is received. This is purely a screening service and you will need to attend your registered veterinary practice for any treatment required based on results.
